5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

67 Bat-'s bonuses and promotional offers each come with their own terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met first.
• Each member is eligible for a promotion once only, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are applicable only to the account under which the registration was made.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

6 Prohibited Activities

67 Bat- the following activities are strictly prohibited and this Terms & Conditionswill be considered a violation of:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting with funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform.

Violating any of the above rules will result in 67 Bat reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

67 Bat may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• This Terms & Conditions Violation.
• Failure to complete verification or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before requesting account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

67 Bat shall not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets that were not placed due to a lost internet connection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, war, government sanctions.

Regarding maximum liability 67 Bat-'s liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
